Why this case matters
Pastoor shows how an existing specialist methodology can be translated into a repeatable digital assessment with immediate personalised output.
The challenge
Pastoor had communication expertise and assessment concepts that could create value for individuals and organisations. The challenge was to make that expertise available repeatedly without manually scoring every response and producing every report.
The technology also needed to preserve Pastoor's methodology rather than replacing it with a generic assessment model.
The approach
The collaboration started in 2024. C2C configured Pastoor's methodology in the Survey Tool: questions, scoring rules, profiles, report logic and automated email delivery.
The Snelle Communicatietest uses a short assessment to determine a communication type and return immediate personalised feedback. Pastoor's BLA assessment is deeper and is used as an inventory for communication training in organisations. Individual results can be combined into a group profile that helps prepare the training.
Once the model is configured, the route from Pastoor's website or other communication to questionnaire, scoring and report can run automatically.
Who does what?
Pastoor — Owns the communication methodology, content, interpretation and training/advisory proposition. Pastoor can view and download the relevant results and group information.
Compare to Compete — Configures and supports the Survey Tool, including questionnaire logic, scoring, profiles, automated personalised reporting and the technical workflow.
What the programme delivers
Participants receive useful individual feedback immediately after completing the assessment. Pastoor gains a repeatable way to apply its methodology and can use group information to prepare organisational training.
The Snelle Communicatietest has been used by roughly 1,200 participants and the BLA assessment by roughly 130 participants based on the current case information.
The important distinction is simple: Pastoor's expertise remains Pastoor's. The Survey Tool makes it repeatable and scalable.
