It is possible to conduct several survey types with the Benchmarking Survey Tool. At the moment the Performance Benchmarking Survey and the General Survey are fully operational. With the General Survey it is possible to do data collection for the other survey types, but for those types reporting has not yet been implemented. We expect to be able to offer all survey types with full functionality by the end of 2019. New functionalities are automatically available to all clients. So, when we are ready, you are ready.

For all survey types applies that they include Unlimited questions and that changes to questions are possible at all times. For each survey type work flow management is available allowing you to get quick insight into the status of questionnaires and to send emails to participants. Depending on the survey you will have flexible online and offline reporting options. All data can be exported easily in different formats for easy processing.

Also applying to all survey type is secure access to the tool and questionnaire and secure data storage. Anonymity is very important for us to ensure participants that their data stays their data.
